PARKING AND ENTRANCE

See pic for assigned covered parking space and entrance to stairwell to your apartment.

As another car parks to the right of this space you do need to pull in close to the center posts of the carport. For this reason I suggest to unload the car before pulling all the way in to the spot.

Additional parking is available in the rear of the building to the right of the grey building. Follow the alleyway in the back of the property to reach it.

GARBAGE:

Your trash bin is labeled “A”

Trash is picked up very early Tuesday mornings.
Bin mut be placed out by the road Monday evening and returned to its place by the fence by Tuesday evening.

>>ALL TRASH MUST BE IN A TRASH BAG<< The city will not pick up your trash if there is loose trash in the bin.  Do not leave trash outside of the bin. Take any overflow trash or oversized items to the transfer site.

LIGHTS

There is a switch inside next to the doorway to control the lights in the stairwell. I would suggest to leave them on if you are going to be coming back after sunset.

SNOW

you are responsible for shoveling the stairs and path to your car. We manage the driveway.
